This category awards small and medium enterprises, employing 2 to 50 people for achieving growth and sustainability in their business through innovation and marketing and has made an outstanding contribution to their local economy through investment and increased employment numbers. Nominees will come from professions such as estate agents, architects, insurance companies, travel agents, solicitors, dental and medical providers, accountants, banks and financial advisers.

Best Eating/Hospitality/Pub Award – Sponsored by Wicklow Hire & Sales Ltd

A business that provides excellent quality food, great customer service and outstanding ambience and that has demonstrated excellence in the areas of hospitality, customer service and tourism promotion, and has played a vital role in the growth of Tourism numbers to the local economy.

A business that has demonstrated understanding of shoppers needs, maintains high store and customer service standards, or has shown innovation with tangible results.

Best Digital Presence Award – Sponsored by IT Support 4U

A business with a bespoke online presence that delivers in a range of ways. Website Purpose, User Experience, Optimisation, impact on the business and connection to other communication channels, in particular social media, to drive brand awareness and sales and/or key messaging.

Best Sustainability, Governance & Environmental Award – Sponsored by Codling Wind Park

A business or an organisation that is leading initiatives resulting in a positive societal and sustainable impact as a result of business initiatives around energy management, a reduced carbon footprint and environmental sustainability planning.

An employee/employees/individual who have shown exceptional promise and demonstrated excellence in their work, the industry and amongst their peers.
