The aim of this programme is to develop Artisan baking skills to include fermented and laminated morning pastries.
Learners will be able to produce and cook a range of laminated pastry products including croissants and pain au chocolate
Learners can progress to further training or job roles such as: Bakery processing operative, Bakery packaging and distribution operator, Bakery service/sales operative, Bakery quality assurance operative
This course will run over 3 Thursdays in Marine House in Wicklow Town from 9am – 4.30pm, Thursday 24th February, Thursday 3rd March and Thursday 10th March
