This category awards small and medium enterprises, employing 2 to 50 people for achieving growth and sustainability in their business through innovation and marketing and has made an outstanding contribution to their local economy through investment and increased employment numbers. (Retailers and pubs are excluded from this category)
A new business or an owner / manager of a business venture that is at least two year old, but less than three, or an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to their local economy through investment and increased employment numbers
A business that has demonstrated understanding of shoppers needs, maintains high store and customer service standards, or has shown innovation with tangible results.
Recognise a Pub that has demonstrated excellence in the areas of hospitality, customer service and tourism promotion, and has played a vital role in the growth of Tourism numbers to the local economy.
